Any idea what system I should use to decode this disc? I've never heard of "Shure HTS Stereosurround."

(Other versions of this disc say "Dolby Surround" on them, but this one does not.)

Old Dolby Surround (or PL, or PLII) should do the trick. Or the SurroundMaster in Involve mode. There's an entire thread or two on this somewhere, but I can't find it right now. . . .
