Spatial Audio at work

So my work is a Microsoft O365 shop. I noticed a new options in "Teams" for spatial audio. No sure it's really "spatial", vs. amplitude panning, but they now move peoples voices to correspond to where their avatar/video is positioned on the screen.

Sortta interesting...

Nothing said about head tracking. If it was there, it would need to be web cam based, like Waves NX (which actually works OK).
