Is there a simple way to connect an 8 track tape player up to a home PC, so I can transfer my quad 8 tracks to cd or dvd? Please email me at [email protected]

It all depends on your 8-track.
If there is a way of hooking up the outputs at line level into a set of PPreamps, and then taking these into your PC by using 4 inputs simultaneously, then yes.

If you do not have a multiple input sound card, or line level outputs from the 8 track, then you are out of luck.
