Day 9 now since initiating a replacement with Rhino on the Joni box. They tell me the replacement has been processsed. I'm not sure why replacements aren't considered highest priority. In my job, hands down, if we have to fix an order to a client, it goes to the very top of priority list. Always.

Oh well, not like I don't have other things I'm waiting on. lol

I'm going to be honest I've had a good experience with USPS...never had a lost or missed package. The only time I've ever had an issue is with USPS subcontractors...
