Because I knew that @fredblue and 4-earredwonder didn’t own a copy and I wanted to have bragging rights!(I have to admit that this has never actually happened nor is it ever likely too!).

Because I’m just finding out now that this album exists with a surround mix.

Bought my first King Crimson album that way (In the Wake of Poseidon). Hadn't heard them before -- you can imagine my young rock n' roll ears hearing "Pictures of a City" for the first taste of Crimso . . . I remember my initial thoughts went from "I think I could like this" to "oh YEA!" when the title song came on.

A non-obvious benefit to sucking everything onto a hard drive is that I don't do that any more. I've repeatedly saved myself from buying a duplicate by being able to remotely consult my server.
