It's not the quad version...I know...I know...but it's light years better than the blu ray audio...which is compressed CRAP...

FWIW I prefer the UK QUAD SACD to the 5.1...

I bought that one before I even knew about a quad version...One of your buds over at SA-CD.net gave it a 5...geeze...the numbers lived up to the sound on this one here

Another new one for me, Billy Cobham's Spectrum DVD Audio. First impression is that the drums sound good and while it will probably be a mood disc, I like it:

I have been so impressed with Janowski's Wagner recordings on Mch SACD.
I am grateful to Pentatone for seeing this massive undertaking through. Bravo!
I hear you, not exactly opera, but if only we could bring back Fritz Wunderlich for an all new surround version of Mahler's Das Lied von der Erde. What a voice.

Chicago (II) DVD Audio, only my second listening (first one properly) and at "Make Me Smile" things are really getting interesting, gives me the same lift as Chicago V now. Now at A.M. Mourning, this is great stuff. How did I get by without this?
