Little Feat are a band that should be mixed into surround (I have the DVD-A of "Kickin' It At The Barn" which is the only one I think)
First thing I also thought about this great band Dunc! Kickin' It left me severely wanting.

Their new album (first in the last 12 years) is scheduled to ship on the week of May 13th. "Sam's Place" on Hot Tomato Productions, primarily features their percussionist/singer Sam Clayton; taking on the main vocals here for this album.

I may order the LP, and then later see if the digital files show up on Qobuz.

But Sam has a huge credit list outside of Little Feat as well; check it out:

another song from the new album:

I am a long time fan of Elliot Murphy, he lives in Paris and is a good friend of Bruce Springsteen. He had 75th birthday in March and wrote a new song for himself and for us to celebrate this birthday and to look back over his career. The song is named Old-Timer and it describes very good our feelings listening to this musicians from the sixties, later of even earlier

OPINION | WHERE I’M WRITING FROM: Rockers’ show trip back in time | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Although the four members are all still in their late 20s, Greta Van Fleet channels pure classic rock vibes. Imagine if Led Zeppelin merged with Queen and dressed up like David Bowie, and you're getting close to what these young rockers have pulled off.

...The whole experience felt like something from another time. Like I'd been transported back to the '60s or '70s and was watching Jethro Tull or Uriah Heep in their prime.

Have caught Greta van Fleet live and this is an accurate summation of their style.
