I bet as you scrolled down the page at amazon you saw those Klipsch speakers and you were sold
LOL! I've had my eye on the 4400 for a few months now....just finally pulled the trigger.
I just put in an order via Amazon for a new Denon AVR.

This is exactly what I picked up a couple of months ago. I wanted the 6400 but couldn’t justify the price difference. Especially, when I purchased the 4400 on sale. I’ve yet to see the 6400 at a reduced price but, all the same, I’m very happy with what I’m getting and hearing with this one. My biggest surprise is the tone.
Oh boy....
It's been a few years since I have purchased new gear....
I just put in an order via Amazon for a new Denon AVR. I'm pretty damn well fired up.

To be honest, I didn't buy this AVR because of Atmos...I simply bought it as an upgrade for some other features. So, I just looked at some "add-on" atmos speakers from Klipsch, and someone mentions you place them on top of your FRONT speakers. lmao....for some reason I thought they went on the rear speakers.
For those with Atmos speaker setups....is this correct?
Here is what Dolby recommends:

Let me know how you guys like your 4400.
Now, now...not fair...making a statement about the sound without expanding on it.
If you've never owned a Denon, then I think I know what you mean....if you have owned Denon before...then your comment worries me.
I guess you posted this while I was writing my essay on this receiver...LOL
I have a lot of splaining to doooooooo!!! ?
