I saw that sale yes. I don't know what the audio options are on the HD but the Master Audio on the BD is excellent.

The BD may have slightly better fidelity but it's the same mix. I can live with the HD DVD title

Dolby True should be the same as DTS MA or PCM 5.1 24 bit as far as that goes, so I don't see where there would be any difference likely between the HD and the BD versions.

You guys are sure costing me a lot, I wouldn't have purchased this as a blind buy without the recommendation here. It is of course excellent so I am glad I did pick it up.

Picture quality is excellent. Fidelity of the surround mix is excellent. 5.1 mix is terrible. Playing 5.1 mix in Yamaha’s 7 Channel Stereo mode gave best results…if only there was a way to get rid of the crowd noise…camera selection jumps too quickly...performance is excellent...
