A Sansui Decoder I Have Never seen

I thought I had seen all the Sansui decoders (and luckily own the "big 3"), but I have never even heard about this early unit:

Pretty sure those are Japan Domestic Market (JDM) only. Notice that one is 100 V. I found an owner's manual for the QS-10, I think on HiFiEnigine, but it's in Japanese.
