after market knobs

I've got access to an Akai cr 80d ss,its missing two of its original knob.The owners got two nonoriginal knobs in place of the two thats lost,but there awful large,does anybody know where i can get two after market knobs that look more natural?Would radio Shack have such things?Regars Quadbill
