Hi everyone... long shot here, but is anyone using this player and able to offer help with network connections?
I was using the BubbleUPnP player and streaming Tidal, and it worked about 75% of the time, but I would occasionally get a "waiting for renderer" message from the Bubble app. Then, for no apparent reason, it would start working again. Now it doesn't work at all, and the ARCAM mobile app doesn't see the player, either.
I sent the ARCAM to their repair facility and it checked out fine. ARCAM talked me though all the player settings, and they are correct. I have connected the ARCAM to my router using eithernet cable, and that made no difference. And when I log into the router, it shows both devices are connected.
The maddening part of this is that it was working before.
Anyone have any experience with this and can offer advice? Any help would be much appreciated.
