Elane - "The Silver Falls"

Probably a band that is not familiar to many (if any) here, Elane are a German "goth" band *(for want of a better term). They've finished up a new album for October release and I just got an email with this tidbit:

Hello,

on October 24th, 2008, the new ELANE album "The Silver Falls" will be released. Along with the new album we want to restart the ELANE Streetteam, which is going to organize the ELANE street and internet promotion for the new album "The Silver Falls" (out Oct. 24) and for upcoming ELANE gigs and releases. We need creative and reliable street team members to promote us, either on concerts, festivals, mediaeval markets and so on. Mainly in Germany, but also in Austria, Switzerland, France, UK, Italy and BeNeLux.

Why should you join the ELANE Streetteam?

First of all: We will raffle three copies of the limited edition DigiPak of "The Silver Falls" (incl. bonus song and 5.1 surround mix) among all applicants - the lucky winners will get their CD even before the official release date!

I quite like some of their stuff, singer Joran has a pretty decent voice and the records are well produced. Their earlier album "Fire of Glenvore" has a pretty good version of Mike Oldfield's "Moonlight Shadow."
