I am not sure if this has ever been brought up here but occasionally the topic of ELP's Welcome Back BSS tour in quad and why don't they release it in 5.1 surround sound. Rhino had announced way back around 2002 they were going to release it in DVD-Audio high resolution surround sound then it never happened. And we discuss it and it ends up with the same conclusion: the quad tapes cannot be found. Well, the 2014 deluxe edition of Brain Salad Surgery remixed in surround by Jakko Jakszyk contained this comment from Jakko:
