I would have it marked as a CD-4 record and record a 30khz tone along with some musical selection, but not make it an actual CD-4 record, it would have no separation. It would just light up the radar. Then I can laugh at whatever poor soul tries to get it to demodulate

Tones ranging from ash white to charcoal, I suppose. But that's the ashes, not the vinyl compound, which could be anything one would want.
