Image Entertainment has announced a batch of hybrid DVD-Video/Audio discs for release on October 15th. The discs will feature DVD-Video programming on one side and DVD-Audio material on the other. The titles include Beethoven/ Respighi: New Jersey Symphony Orchestra (featuring Beethoven's "Symphony No. 6" and Respighi's "Pines of Rome," multiple camera angles); Brahms: Piano Quintet In F Minor, Op. 34: Ives String Quartet (featuring "stage" and "audience" audio mix perspectives, multiple camera angles, bios, Brahms' voice in a rare Edison recording, and more); John McEuen And Jimmy Ibbotson: Nitty Gritty Surround (featuring backstage rehearsals, interviews and multiple angles of the session); Latin Jazz Trio: Conte/ Garfield/ Carpenter (featuring multiple video angles and switchable audio perspectives); Paul Smith Trio (features a complete section dedicated to setting up your 5.1-channel surround system); Peppino D'Agostino: Guitar; .Piano, Bass And Drums: Rushen/Oleszkiewicz/ Chancler; and Zephyr: Voices Unbound. A comprehensive use of DVD technology, AIX Records' "Tribrid" DVD-Video/Audio/ROM discs feature DVD-Video with Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 soundtracks on side one, and a 96kHz/24bit DVD-Audio 5.1 soundtrack track on side two. The suggested retail price is $24.95 each.

 
These arethe AIX titles that I made note of in the "Upcoming DVD-A Titles" thread posted on the 11th.
 
Aren't these titles release by AIX or are Image taking care of their releases now?
