The original DVD release of Porcupine Tree's Arriving Somewhere... concert film was in an SJB King, as was Steven Wilson's Insurgentes film DVD.

By the way the Super Jewel King size on the Amazon is about 20$ for 10. A few dimes cheaper on EvilBay.

That's the Super Jewel Box "Plus" size. No longer in production, and seemingly unavailable as new old stock from anywhere. Your best bet for replacements are from cheap, used DVD-As.
So... Are there are just three different designs of Super Jewel Box cases? Or is that too simple?
SACD uses the standard size, while DVD-A uses the Plus Size. Haven't seen any Kings in the wild.

Here are three of mine, the UFO is the only one of that size I have, have a few of the others
I have the same sizes for same discs, but not the UFO. That is freakishly big! I have heard that before, but not for a disc case...

So standard size is approximately 5" high x 5.6"wide/130mm x 145mm
Plus size is approximately ????
King size is approximately 7.5" high x 5.5" wide/190mm x 135mm

Plus size 6” high, 5 5/8’s” wide
So same width as standard, but 1" taller. That 1" makes a difference. The king size is very close, but does the insert width work?
True but, at least where I live, cheap DVD-A is an oxymoron.
The insert width is the same, but unfortunately about 1.5” too short. I’ve got a couple of “King” sized SJB boxes for comparison and with the DVD-A insert in the big box, it leaves a big gap at the top!
