If you can put the PS3 in your system with its odd design, it is great for nothing more than Blu-ray and DVD. It is also the most powerful Blu-ray player in terms of processing capabilities, It is claimed that several important features will be added and I can list those claims too but didn't since there is no guarantee that I am aware of. I decided to provide a list of what it is capable of now. The list provided appears to me to be 100% accurate and whoever went to the trouble to put it together gets my gratitude.

It is being reported now that the PS3 can be updated to profile 1.1 by firmware. I have the latest firmware according to my attempt to update just now but no idea how to tell if I am profile 1.1 or not.
