And does The Best Of The Doors have an identical tracklist to the previous quad SACD/BD-A release(s)?

It looks like they used the cover from the 1985 Best Of comp, which originally was a double LP with 18 tracks.
Good eye. In case anybody is interested, a quick comparison found these tracks that are unique between the two:

On the earlier quad SACD/Blu-Ray release, but not on the Best Of comp:
  • "Who Do You Love?"
  • "Soul Kitchen"
  • "Take It as It Comes"
  • "Moonlight Drive"

On the Best Of comp, but not on the earlier SACD/Blu-Ray release:
  • "Break On Through (To the Other Side)"
  • "The Crystal Ship"
  • "Strange Days"
  • "Alabama Song"
  • "Five to One"
  • "Waiting for the Sun"
  • "Spanish Caravan"
  • "When the Music's Over"
  • "Roadhouse Blues"
  • "L.A. Woman"
  • "The Unknown Soldier"
  • "The End"
