Replacement Jewel Cases for Quadio Releases?

Has anyone else experienced issues with their Quadio discs arriving with broken cases? I now have 3 that have arrived with cracks, broken spindles, and smashed corners. Does anyone know if Rhino offers replacement cases and, if so, how I can go about acquiring them?

So far I've just bought replacement cases on EvilBay, but not delivered yet so I can't say if any good or not.
Kind of long shipping time, but free shipping.

I picked up 20 of them from acoustic sounds. Very, very well packed.

I hope that is NOT a lifetime supply. That would mean many more quadio releases.
