Following the highly acclaimed 2008 album Farscape comes this live 2 DVD/2 CD presentation. On July 18, 2008, Schulze played at the Night of the Prog III festival, an extraordinary concert on the Open Air Stage in St. Goarshausen, Germany with special guest Girrard. The concert was filmed to become Schulze's first DVD release. He and his sound engineer Tom Dams worked at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios engineering the 5.1 mix. The post production process is part of the documentary on the bonus DVD. Also included is an exclusive Schulze interview with Steve Wilson from Porcupine Tree. The CDs include the concert plus a bonus track.

I pre-ordered this back in january and look forward to its arrival. The Farscape cd was pretty good and I've heard some "bootleg" versions of a couple concerts - good stuff.

The DTS track is wonderful. Just wonderful. It's no Depeche Mode remaster nor In Absentia, but given the type of soundtrack (live in open air of a guy alone with vintage and modern synths), the discreteness (sp ?) of the whole thing is just outstanding.

Fans of Schulze, and synths, worth the price for the DTS alone.
