So I'm old school. I mostly listen to CD, DVD-A, DTS. You get the idea. I don't do music on my phone. I don't stream music. About the most I've done is burn CDs onto my computer and put it onto a USB for my wifes car. Hell I don't even have a USB in my car but I do have surround for DVD-A and DVD's.
So I will be getting a new car in a year or two. Been kinda looking at a MB GLC, genesis SV70, Audi Q5 sportsback, stuff like that.
What should I look for in new car audio systems since they won't have a CD/DVD player in them or unlikely to.
WHAT IS ALL THIS NEW STUFF?? lol

USB-2 connection.... 2A USB power.... Android Auto (or whatever Apple does).

I put 512GB in my Samsung phone and I use Tidal HiFi. Sounds really good in the car.

BTW, check out the Acuras with ELS audio...
