Ideas for connecting Android Auto & USB Media at the same time?

Got a new Acura 2023 TLX Advance package (to replace my 2011 TSX), and i'm trying to get situated with the new world order of a) no CD/DVD player; b) Android Auto, and c) USB-based media for listening to high-resolution and 5.1 channel music. One issue I've run into is that I only have one USB port that supports Android Auto and USB media. So I can't have Android Auto working AND listen to my USB drive at the same time. I do have a second USB port, but i believe that is for charging purposes only and wont support Android Auto and/or USB media. Any ideas how I can work around this? I wish my car supported wireless Android Auto.
