Universal Music Japan will release The Rolling Stones: Voodoo Lounge in Japan (1995) on March 15th, 2019.
Note that this release appears to be exclusive to Japan.
This should not be confused with the Voodoo Lounge Uncut concert released in November 2018, since that concert was filmed in Florida on November 25th, 1994. This is a different concert from the same tour, but filmed in Japan at the Tokyo Dome on March 12th, 1995. It was released on Japanese VHS and Japanese LD later in 1995, but I don't believe it has seen any other official release since then.

It seems that the postcard comes with any edition sold at CDJapan (probably only for a limited time), while Amazon Japan will use different SKUs and lower the price of the copies without the postcards.
A swag-filled edition will be sold either at this website, or at certain venues in Japan (I can't tell for certain).
