Well, the arrival date for Versions of the Truth via Amazon US now tells me it won't be delivered until Sept 14th.

GOAT'S HEAD SOUP (most of all) and QUADDIO the same day (interesting race to the mailbox: which will arrive first?). No matter, all the good mail seems to come on a Friday for some reason, no matter the due date.

After that is the far, far future. I dimly recall pre-ordering VIENNA and SEEDS OF LOVE. Always a nice surprise when it arrives, and it's a ways away, so why not forget about at the moment and have a nice surprise.

BUT -- one I won't forget about. A SW Dolby Atmos (!) IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING. This damn well better be the last big box of theirs. Fripp should retire comfortably on my purchases over the years alone.

Wish I had unloaded the first big box of ItCotCK when it was going for big bucks (and it was only five discs). Heck, it still might be -- a brief moment of time to do so?

ItCotCK five disc box was re-released and only went to a couple of hundred dollars on Discogs due to the re-release; however, I clearly remember that at one point you could only find it on Amazon US for 500 dollars (?!). I nearly sold mine then, but the news of the re-release quickly burst the bubble. I imagine even lower prices soon due to the new release.]
