According to Mojo Magazine, In Search Of Space is getting a boxset next year.

"Remastered and remixed by Stephen W Tayler, the triple-disc set comes in a 10-inch x 10-inch deluxe package and will include unreleased sessions and outtakes."

This must include surround mix surely Shirley

My fave Hawkwind! A surround mix with some swirling synths and sax would be very welcome here.

Without giving too much away, yes it has been mixed in 5.1 and sounds great to me!!

I am Atmos capable, but have yet to be commissioned to create any Atmos mixes for release. Sure it will start happening soon - but I have to be asked!!

Stephen can answer, but I "think" he has said he doesn't have an Atmos capable studio "yet". Or something similar to that.

Thanks for confirming, that's great news. Your Space Ritual and Camel mixes are still on constant rotation for me, and are the best releases of what has been an excellent surround year!
