Ok, here's another "WHY?" question....

RCA had to re-label all their "new" QUAD-8's to "Q8" because the Quad Speaker Corp. of England sued for copyright infringement. YET, all Mercury Q8's are labelled "QUAD 8". Why didn't they get sued too?

Is Mercury still in business? If not, that could be the reason.
