Muse - The Resistance Limited Box (with the album in 5.1). I finally nabbed one!

The only identifying feature that I know of for the 5.1 album version is that they are individually numbered on the back of the box. Of course, unless it's sealed, there's no real guarantee that the 5.1 disc is included without checking before buying.
