Sadly, 3D pics at theaters have gone into hibernation again, at least at my local cinemas. I loved the 3D effects in the first GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, and am saddened Marvel's latest don't have 3D.
A list of 3D films from 2005 to the present......earmarking what is REAL 3D and 2D UPCONVERTED to 3DMy buddy saw Thor Love & Thunder in 3D this week at a local suburban 4-plex, was impressed.
You could try searching for RealD 3D.
Reportedly 26,000 theaters equipped for it.

Thanks for the heads-up I found a copy on Amazon. I saw this streaming yes silly entertainment but saw the potential for great 3D in the visuals. We watch movies to be entertained and I was particularly impressed [although the critics obviously WERE NOT] with Warner's STUNNING 3D presentation of Jupiter Ascending purchased for less than the price of a RBCD during Amazon Prime's recent blow out sales. As previously stated, the combination of LG OLED's 3D technology had reached a level where a lot of 3D movies have the appearance of 4K and Jupiter Ascending is a prime example of excellence where the Wachowski's immense landscapes and set designs take on infinite proportions. IMO, Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis have excellent chemistry and the special effects/CGI are likewise exceptional. And Warner's inclusion of a highly immersive Dolby ATMOS soundtrack is just the on top. Warner's three disc set includes the 3D B~V, 2D BD~V and a DVD. HIGHLY Recommended.
Yes, I was forced to buy that version too. Unsure what the film differences are, I’m sure the Criterion has production extras.Since the 2010 Criterion BD~V of DAYS OF HEAVEN is long OOP, Paramount Home Video has re~released it in an affordable version

Typical: I just picked up Night of the Living Dead finally on BD!Criterion announces their October 2022 release schedule which includes Native UHD4K remasters/restorations of David Lynch's LOST HIGHWAY and George Romero's NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD
And I just picked up Kino Lorber's recent restoration of Lynch's LOST HIGHWAY.....Also own the Criterion BD~V of NOTLD ...... Bummer that ARSENIC AND OLD LACE, EVE'S BAYOU and Kiyoshi Kurosawa's CURE aren't likewise Native UHD4K...but are, ironically '4K RESTORATIONS!'Typical: I just picked up Night of the Living Dead finally on BD!
Argh! Always the way. I think I'll be a bit more circumspect with my BD purchases from now on. 4K releases are definitely ramping up.And I just picked up Kino Lorber's recent restoration of Lynch's LOST HIGHWAY.....Also own the Criterion BD~V of NOTLD ...... Oh Well!
I only wish the PARAMOUNT PRESENTS series which so far has only released 1 Native UHD4K disc [out of over 30 4K 'remastered' releases] would've opted for a Native UHD4K version of Terrence Matlick's DAYS OF HEAVEN. IMO, such a missed opportunity.Argh! Always the way. I think I'll be a bit more circumspect with my BD purchases from now on. 4K releases are definitely ramping up.
Eve's Bayou sounds interesting. I'm a sucker for Southern US/bayou/fan boat/alligator/black magic movies.
There can be only oneI watched The Thing (1982) on 4K last night.

As expected, some of the original monster affects have not aged well, but short of replacement nothing is going to help the claymation appearing monster.
As to the rest of the visuals though, the outdoor scenes are lovely and look so much better than previous versions.
The soundtrack is solid, but it isn't like this movie is an aural assault.
Certainly worth getting when you see if on sale at Amazon or GRUV.
I did look to see if somebody already had, but didn't find anything .... or should that be any Thing!funnier if you put a scottish claymore in Thing's hand ... but still, you aren't wrong.
